Your role

Join our international agile Product & Engineering team and take an active role in shaping our engineering culture and the future of thousands of sellers and customers worldwide. At helviX you will have a direct impact on our product, our users, our organization, and our engineering practices.

You will work in an effective, autonomous feature-based team, where you will get to play out your dev skills in a high-impact driven environment. You will be responsible for the full cycle of feature development in your team (\“You build it, you run it\“), and take part in continuously architecting the frontend in order to drive forward our exceptional user experience.

Your tasks & responsibilities will include:

1. Be responsible for our front-end codebase and delivery
2. Help build and scale our solution by shipping delightful user experiences
3. Deliver high quality, clean code that scales and fits our business needs
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product Manager and Designer to iterate on the design and implementation of our products
5. Ensure quality through close collaboration with your team on code reviews, unit, component and integration tests
6. Participate in steering the tech stack for our software solutions
7. Establish an innovative tech culture and be proud to share your knowledge

What you need to succeed

1. Significant professional experience, preferably in fast-growing, international SaaS companies
2. Advanced experience in Angular, RxJs, NgRx, CSS, HTML, OOCSS, Jasmine & Karma
3. A passion for transforming mock-up designs into fully working applications
4. Knowledge of architecture, software design patterns, and collaborative methodologies
5. Sound experience in performance monitoring and optimisation
6. Proactive problem solver. You leave code and processes in better shape than when you first encountered them
7. Knowledge with automated testing and of when and what to test
8. Experience in CI/CD, pull/merge request and code reviews
9. Teamplayer: you are passionate about working with talented teammates. Your heart beats for receiving and giving feedback, to grow both personally and as an engineer
10. Interest and passion to learn and experiment with new technologies and follow the best practices in software development for agile environments
11. Strong written and spoken English skills
