IT-Support 2nd Level Onsite (m/w/d)

Your skills:

  • Completed training as IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
  • Experience in IT support and handling ticketing systems
  • Software + Hardware knowledge in Second Level Support as well as experience in the Microsoft environment
  • Strong communication skills and a good command of English, which you enjoy using on a daily basis
  • Experience with printers and smartphones
