• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Commercial and technical collaboration within the project team
• Problem resolution
• Client relationship management
• HR related topics management (daily contact with engineers, leave planning, backfill planning etc.)
• Support of technicians in operational and HR areas being an interface between the technical team and client
• PnL and KPI (SLA) responsibility
• Invoicing, reporting and documentation
• Local process follow-up
