Your skills

  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery management or a similar role
  • Experience managing a field engineering team on a nationwide level
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Your Tasks

Hemmersbach is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our nationwide team of Field Engineers. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team of Field Engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a field engineering team on a nationwide level, strong technical skills, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Field Engineers and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their service requirements and ensure service delivery meets their expectations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
