Tagetik Senior Manager | Germany (Remote) | Full-Time
Henderson Drake is working with a global advisory consultancy to find a senior manager to help build their Tagetik practice in Germany.
The firm is well established internationally, carries a strong reputation in the advisory market, and has made a deliberate decision to build a Tagetik practice in Germany. That means coming in early, having real influence over how the practice develops, and working within a culture that is deliberately low on admin and high on autonomy. The path to Director and Partner is real and clearly defined for those who deliver.
What you will be doing:
- Lead Tagetik implementations end to end, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to delivery and client sign-off
- Work directly with finance stakeholders across FP&A, consolidation, and reporting to design and configure effective Tagetik solutions
- Take full ownership of client relationships and project delivery, operating independently without the need for close oversight
- Define best practices, contribute to methodology development, and play an active role in shaping the German practice from the ground up
- Support pre-sales activity and contribute to the growth of the client base as the practice expands
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of hands-on Tagetik consulting experience at a senior level
- Deep knowledge of FP&A and consolidation processes, with scripting experience valued
- A strong consulting background with a track record of leading complex Tagetik projects independently
- Comfortable managing senior client relationships and working across a varied client base
- Based in Germany, with German language skills an advantage
