This permanent, full-time corporate legal position involves handling international contracts, corporate entity management, and serving as a legal business partner for assigned business divisions.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Professional experience, ideally within an internationally active industrial company or commercial law firm.
- Legal Knowledge: Sound expertise in international contract law and corporate law; M&A and litigation experience is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Verifiable proficiency in English and sufficient German language skills.
- Work Authorization: Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory for non-EU citizens).
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international contracts with customers, suppliers, and R&D partners.
- Serving as a Legal Business Partner for a specific business division and providing proactive legal advice to stakeholders.
- Supporting M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and managing corporate entities across domestic and international group companies.
- Coordinating judicial and extrajudicial disputes in cooperation with external legal counsel, notaries, and authorities.
- Designing and conducting internal training sessions on current legal topics for various business departments.
