- Consultant and contact person for all HR-related issues from individual personnel measures to reorganizations
- Independent management of the specialist area to drive forward the strategic HR agenda
- Support and management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Identify top talent as part of succession planning, advising on development measures and salary and performance appraisals
- Stakeholder and interface management as well as collaboration with the respective HR specialists/departments (payroll, learning/development, employer branding, pensions department, etc.)
- Case handling in accordance with collective agreements and applicable labor law
- Trusting cooperation with the works council
