YOUR ROLE
- Development of brand strategies and their implementation through launches, relaunches and promotions as well as communication development for the German market
- Creation of concepts and support in the development of product innovations
- Taking over budget management for an assigned brand (at operational level)
- Independent preparation of market, competition and consumer analyses
- Getting to know the varied, interdisciplinary everyday life in brand management, including participation in various meetings, market research and cooperation with agencies
YOUR SKILLS
- Master’s degree in economics, ideally with a focus on marketing
- Experience in local/regional brand management in the FMCG industry in the form of internships/working student activities
- A good feel for and interest in the world of beauty care & detergents & household care
- Open-mindedness as well as analytical and conceptual skills
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- An above-average degree of independence and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German and English language skills
