What you’ll do

  1. Implement BU/SBU market and product line strategies to achieve BU/SBU financial goals
  2. Implement global roll-out of new products and programs including communication campaign and eBusiness strategy
  3. Conduct market research and scoping of new market potentials.
  4. Identify long-term marketing opportunities, develops strategies and plans
  5. Conduct portfolio analysis of market segments with customer penetration, market potential / share, profitability and competition
  6. Align and match market unmet needs with innovation activities; collaborate w/ innovation team on project status and resource allocation
  7. Support global SU strategies and ensure alignment with global BU/SBU strategy
  8. Deliver customer penetration strategies and develops business models and tactics globally
  9. Coordinate SUs and sets cross-SU guardrails on marketing, pricing, placement etc.
  10. Act as the first point of contact for and steers the category / brand teams on the global / regional level. Is a project lead for the strategic segments as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain and Packaging
  11. Co-create and supervise digital, social media and e-commerce communication of brands in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager
