Laboratory technician Silicones and SMPs(d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Develop new products based on silicone and SMP (Silane-modified polymers) technology within the AMI EIMEA product development team
• Plan and do physical lab work such as preparation of formulations, synthesis of raw materials and polymers, analysis & testing of batches, products, competitor products, compiling of results and discussion with lab head
• Support scale-up, pilot and customer trials
• Ensure high standards regarding safety, 5S, lab organization, and tidiness
• Continuously learn, develop and implement new testing methods and lab skills
• Train other lab members regarding formulation know-how and test methods especially in the area of silicones and SMPs
