YOUR ROLE

• Follow and contribute to projects (innovation, maintenance…); track, measure and report on performance and milestones (like FAT, SAT and Production)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in production processes
• Collaborate and develop with suppliers to deliver best and optimized technology for Henkel Consumer Brand
• Proactively identify and address areas for technical improvements (especially in the areas of efficiency, automation, hygiene, and quality) as well as risks and countermeasures
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including new standards, manuals, and guidelines for production installation and usage; drive innovations and challenge the state of the art within Henkel Consumer Brands
• Develop and implement process engineering guidelines, tools, and standardization. Contribute to the further development and implementation of the technology platforms
