YOUR ROLE
- Develops and executes a strategic direction for all Consumer Adhesives categories, aligned with the overall business strategic direction.
- Drives marketing & brand strategy across all Consumer Adhesives brands via:
- Building brand, portfolio, positioning, pricing strategies for a complex portfolio;
- Driving end user understanding & consumer communication and marketing budget management.
- Understanding trade & channel dynamics and meeting the demands with the brands accordingly;
- Driving optimization of P&L cost lines.
- Steering sustainable business solutions (alternative products & suppliers).
YOUR SKILLS
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering or in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Brand/Category Management at an FMCG company is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Strength with strategic and analytical thinking skills combining with critical thinking and problem solving.
- High level of motivation to work in challenging market & category conditions with a can do attitude and resilience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- People Management experience is a must.
