About this Position
- Serve as the lead technical expert for constructors of cleaning machines (EU region), customers within the Marine Industry and the Railway Market (Western Europe)
- Identify customer pain points and convert them into actionable technical solutions
- Provide hands‑on support via email, phone, and on‑site visits
- Own and resolve customer technical requests directly
- Organize and deliver technical training, especially for dedicated “Cleaner Champions”
- Act as the go‑to contact for Cleaner Champions across Europe
- Collaborate with Product Development, Sales and customers to align technical roadmaps. Lead product certification processes with relevant authorities (e.g., marine approvals)
- Support Business Development and Sales in scaling existing accounts and expanding into new markets
