What you´ll do
- Develop and drive the execution of global market segment strategy to achieve market segment financial goals, thinking short term and long term in our Adhesive Technologies Business Unit. These segments are mainly Rail, Recreational/Specialty Vehicles, and Air Filtration at the global level.
- Foster seamless strategy execution by managing functional and regional stakeholders, especially Innovation and Sales.
- Own the segment’s innovation portfolio, developing it in collaboration with functions like Innovation, Application Engineering, Program Management, Product Development, and Sales.
- Responsible for establishing new products plan and launching activities.
- Challenge and lead dialogue with account planning and customer road mapping.
- Identify, assess, and support M&A projects.
- Enable financial plan delivery for the respective market segments‘ New Products commercialization.
