About this Position
Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing international Finance / BIteam of 3 people, fostering a culture of ownership,collaboration, and continuous improvement Lead digital transformationinitiatives across Henkel, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding aforward-thinking, agile mindset across the organization.
What youll do
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by optimizing existing processes and implementing new solutions for Henkel's global Finance community
- Shape the future of Finance analytics by driving data-driven decision-making, fostering BI adoption, and defining the roadmap for future analytical capabilities
- Own and continuously enhance Henkel's global SAP BPC application, enabling financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes across the organization
- Establish and drive data governance standards, policies, and controls across Henkel's finance organization and partner with international and cross-divisional stakeholders
- Identify and address strategically relevant areas impacting Henkel'sfuture digital capabilities
- Prepare executive-level analyses and decision briefings for senior leadership as their trusted advisor
