### What you´ll do - Develop and execute the Pan-European Selective Retail strategy across key retail partners and markets - Drive commercial growth, assortment strategy, launches, and omnichannel activation across the selective retail channel - Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 direct reports, fostering high performance, capability building, and succession planning - Own and steer business performance, including P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, and financial target delivery - Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers, including Sephora and other selective retail accounts - Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure successful execution and business growth - Identify growth opportunities, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve commercial and profitability targets ### What makes you a good fit - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Selective Retail, preferably in the Beauty industry - Passion for Selective Retail with a strong understanding of premium beauty distribution and customer dynamics - Proven track record of driving commercial growth and managing strategic customer relationships - Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and business planning - Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams - Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel - Fluent English skills, both written and spoken This role involves approximately 10–15% business travel across Europe.
