- Execute technical tasks with a strong focus on customer needs, prioritizing assignments involving adhesives & coatings
- Perform laboratory procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including setup, operation, and maintenance of both existing and new laboratory equipment and methods
- Prepare laboratory reports, charts, and tables, and draw preliminary conclusions
- Develop and support operating procedures (SOPs) and test methods
- Participate in and support complaint root cause analysis and corrective action planning for all product-related issues
- Work with application equipment
What makes you a good fit
- Certified Technician or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- 2-3 Years of working experience in a technical or laboratory environment, where chemicals are handled
- Preferably knowledge of automotive adhesives, coatings and material testing as well as dispensing of adhesives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
