About this Position
What you´ll do
- Support the Head of PMO in driving best-in-class project governance and execution frameworks within a CX-focused operating model
- Take end-to-end ownership of high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Develop and scale AI-enabled dashboards, tools and standardized methodologies to enhance transparency, efficiency, and decision quality
- Track project progress, risk-assessment and mitigation measurement incl. reporting on C-Level
- Prepare key meetings and workshops with cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Share lessons learned to improve future projects and processes
- Analyze CX-related trends within Supply Chain
