About this Position
We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to shape and govern the global technology and engineering strategy for a key manufacturing technology platform within Adhesive Technologies. In this role, you will lead a global team of senior engineering professionals, drive technology excellence across the production network, and ensure the effective deployment of engineering standards, innovation, and capital investments that support business growth and operational excellence.
What you´ll do
- Lead and develop a global team of Senior Process Engineering Managers across multiple regions and manufacturing sites
- Establish and govern global engineering standards, best practices, and technical design principles
- Provide technical leadership and governance for major capital investment and process improvement programs
- Drive the standardization and global deployment of successful technologies, engineering solutions, and automation initiatives
- Partner with Supply Chain, Innovation, and Business teams to translate strategic objectives into executable technology plans
- Build organizational capability through knowledge sharing, succession planning, and the development of future technical leaders
- Define and drive the global technology and engineering strategy for the assigned technology platform
