What you´ll do
- Support the Adhesive Technologies’ Board Memberand Executive Committee in strategy development, strategic projects,presentations, and ad hoc requests
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects withdiverse stakeholders across the organization
- Conduct analyses and conceptual work to supportstrategic decision-making
- Design and prepare presentations and briefingmaterials for internal meetings, conferences, and external engagements
- Manage and deliver on ad hoc requests and specialinitiatives from the leadership team
- Work in a dynamic team to drive strategic topics
What makes you a good fit
- Master degree from a top-tier university,preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or arelated field
- Min. 8 years of relevant work experience, thereofmin. 3 years in corporate strategy or strategy consulting
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and communicationskills, ability to manage a variety of internal stakeholders
- Experienced in leading projects and strongproject management skills
- Team player with a high level of motivation,determination to achieve results, and hands-on mentality
- Fluent in German and English
