develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market share, considering short-term and long-term objectives
conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends within the automotive electronics industry
prepare and present compelling business proposals, outlining value propositions and negotiating terms to secure new business opportunities
develop a 5+ years plan defining innovation opportunities in line with the strategy and customer roadmaps
drive sustainability by deriving concrete innovation areas to address the sustainability challenges and needs of the customers
build and nurture relationships with customers and external partners, understanding their needs and providing tailor-made support to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, application engineering and product development, to align business strategies and achieve collective goals
support sales by providing guidance and tactics for targeting specific applications and customers
What makes you a good fit

University degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive or electronics (preferably automotive electronics) industry
Ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly
Fluent English and ideally very good German language skills for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders
