About this Position What youll doDefine, lead and execute the global Procurement Compliance and Quality Management strategy & policiesEnsure alignment with international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant management system requirementsDrive certification readiness, certification maintenance, and continuous improvement programsServe as Procurement's key interface to Data Protection, Cyber Security and Corporate Compliance functionsPartner closely with Sustainability, Legal, Compliance, and Business Units to drive compliance with evolving Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), supply chain due diligence and responsible sourcing regulationsFoster a strong compliance, quality, and ethics culture across ProcurementDevelop and deliver global training and awareness programs covering compliance, quality, environmental management, responsible sourcing and data protectionWhat makes you a good fit10+ years of professional experience in Procurement, Compliance, Quality Management, or Governance functionsStrong project and change management capabilities, as well as deep knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), data governance, and privacy regulationsStrong experience leading internal and external audits as well as remediation programsCertified Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and/or AS9100 management systems) is desirable.
