About this Position
Working closely with regional teams, Media & Content Excellence, Data Analytics, Commercial, and agency partners, the role supports markets in delivering more effective audience-led communications. By leveraging audience insights, performance learnings, and best practices, the role helps improve content effectiveness, creative quality, and marketing efficiency across paid, earned, shared, and owned touchpoints, enabling stronger business and brand outcomes.
What you'll do
- Partner with regions and markets to translate business objectives and audience insights into effective communication strategies, clear KPIs and actionable plans
- Work with markets to identify and solve communication, content and creative challenges, helping teams overcome barriers and improve effectiveness
- Support markets in optimizing audience targeting, content and touchpoint strategies across paid, earned, shared and owned channels
- Translate audience, performance and effectiveness insights into practical recommendations and clear actions for markets
- Identify successful approaches and collaborate with regional teams to scale what works across markets
- Work closely with Media & Content Excellence, Data Analytics, Commercial teams and agency partners to enable stronger marketing and business outcomes
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Several years of relevant experience in strategic marketing communications, audience planning and content excellence, ideally in an international or regional environment
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, communication and content planning across paid, earned, shared and owned touchpoints
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate audience, performance and marketing effectiveness data into practical recommendations and business actions
- Fluent English skills
