What you´ll do
- Be part of our Global Leadership & Learning Team
- Support global learning and leadership projects from concept to roll-out
- Create engaging presentations, learning materials and communications
- Take ownership of your own work packages and smaller projects
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders around the globe
- Support our Learning Management System and digital learning solutions
- Use AI and digital tools to make our work smarter and more efficient
- Bring in your own ideas and help us continuously improve how we work and learn
What makes you a good fit
- Student currently studying Business Psychology, HR, Communication or a related field
- Fluent in English
- Very good PowerPoint skills and a good eye for clear and engaging presentations
- Creative, structured, detail-oriented and pragmatic way of working
- Reliable Team player comfortable taking ownership and working in an international environment
- Eager to learn, contribute and bring in your own ideas
- Curious about AI and confident using digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting January 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
