About this Position


What you´ll do

  • Own and continuously enhance Henkel’s global SAP BPC application, enabling financial reporting, planning, and forecasting processes across the organization
  • Manage and inspire a team of BI specialists and developers, while coordinating cross-functional workstreams to deliver impactful business intelligence solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation by optimizing existing processes and implementing new solutions for our global Finance community
  • Shape the future of Finance analytics by driving data-driven decision-making, fostering BI adoption, and defining the roadmap for future analytics capabilities
  • Establish and drive data governance standards, policies, and controls across Henkel’s finance organization and partner with international and cross-divisional stakeholders
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to accelerate automation and optimize finance and controlling processes across Henkel

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or BI & Analytics
  • Several years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, and BI, including the implementation and continuous development of BI solutions; consulting experience is a strong plus
  • Highly motivated and proactive team player with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach
  • Strong expertise in BI solutions, including SAP BPC, SAP SEM-BCS, Power BI, Power Query, Dataflows, and tabular data models
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
