Responsibilities Lead financial controlling and risk monitoring as finance expert for real estate. Prepare and evaluate business cases (DCF) to support real estate projects and investment decisions. Prepare and steer the real estate investment planning process. Develop, improve and implement governance, processes and tools for real estate controlling and data management. Support internal stakeholders and committees with decision‑relevant analyses and reporting. Steer assigned special projects as a reliable, competent, and results‑oriented business partner. Collaborate with an international team of experts and in an intercultural environment. Qualifications Master’s degree in studies of real estate with focus in controlling, finance and/or accounting, or business administration with professional experience in real estate. Ideally 3-5 years of relevant finance / controlling experience in real estate environment, preferably within a corporate context. Excellent knowledge level of Excel, Power Point and affinity to related software and Power BI is a plus. Excellent communication skills paired with analytical and strategic thinking, solution‑oriented mindset and diligent work approach. Strong interest in driving the adoption and further development of AI‑ and data‑driven solutions within real estate finance. Strong proficiency in English, fluency in German preferred.
