Your Role

  1. Manage GKA globally to achieve long-term financial and strategic ambitions, as well as short-term targets.
  2. Develop a management strategy to achieve sustainable growth in the account.
  3. Define and execute global, regional, and local account strategies, including annual revenue plans (KP) and target plans (TP).
  4. Identify business opportunities, steer business development budgets, and pursue defined objectives.
  5. Translate customer strategies and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap.
  6. Drive customer approvals and promote upstream solution selling.
  7. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and executives.
  8. Implement new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accounts.
  9. Define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, and ensure fulfillment of commitments and policies.
  10. Coordinate with internal site owners to identify, develop, and manage opportunities and projects across all sites.
  11. Manage internal stakeholders, including monthly GKA reviews.
  12. Manage base business and develop new business for maintenance and growth.
  13. Build strong relationships at HQ and key locations.
  14. Support internal resources to execute account strategies.
  15. Achieve account targets KP / TP OSG and PC.
  16. Analyze financial KPIs and proactively steer business strategies.
  17. Handle administrative tasks supporting account strategy, such as sales forecasts and reports.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or business.
  • Over 8 years of experience working in MNCs.
