About this Position We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to drive excellence in market strategy and go-to-market (GTM) capabilities across all business units within Henkel Adhesive Technologies (HAT) on a global scale. This role plays a critical part in shaping one of HAT’s top priorities and directly influencing our global GTM success. What you’ll do Define and drive HAT’s global market strategy and GTM excellence framework across all our business units Ensure alignment with business objectives and growth priorities, with a particular focus on our Focus and Large Account segments Oversee and drive regional and global execution of strategic initiatives, working directly across business unit, functional, and other key leadership stakeholders Co-lead the ideation, design, and deployment of HAT’s Integrated Steering & Reporting Platform, in collaboration with business units and cross-functional teams Establish an efficient interface between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive the development and scaling of the platform Provide business and technical thought leadership and influence decision making within executive audiences Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing team of senior market strategy and GTM experts by providing clear strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to a global team of direct reports Lead change management initiatives related to GTM transformation and digital tool adoption What makes you a good fit Bachelor degree in business, STEM, computer science or related fields; Masters degree in Business, MBA preferred 10+ years of relevant work experience in market strategy, go-to-market strategy, or corporate strategy in industrial B2B business at a global level Experience in leading high-performing, cross-functional teams combined with strong stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across multiple senior leadership levels Experience leading digital transformations, especially in conceptualization, development and deployment of enterprise tools or platforms Excellent program management and change management skills Fluent English skills Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year Diverse national and international growth opportunities Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares Company Pension Plan 100% financed by Henkel MEGA Preventive Health Insurance CareFlex Supplementary Care Insurance Mobility offer : My Henkel Bike and Jobticket At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
