What You’ll Do
- Develop accounts in Emerging Aerospace Markets across the EMEA region, building strong, long-term relationships
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, leading projects and converting them into sustainable business
- Define and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting and growth strategies
- Strengthen our go-to-market approach including innovation pipeline through a deep understanding of customer needs, applications, and market dynamics
- Build strong network at target accounts from operational up to senior management level
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the globe
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development, ideally within the Aerospace industry
- Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a solution-oriented mind‑set
- Sensitive to customer needs, ability to create customer relationships based on trust
- Fluent in English and German
