In this Solution Consultant role, you will own central aspects of Master Data Management and data integration across systems, driving high-quality data provision for BI and analytics. You will collaborate with business units and IT to implement MDM/MDG, PIM, and GS1/GDSN initiatives, shaping international master data communities. Your work enables data-driven decisions and reliable data supply for business applications, while supporting future platforms like Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA. This position combines governance, consulting, and hands-on data stewardship in a global context.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead solutions in MDM/MDG, PIM and GS1/GDSN
- Provide data endpoints and aggregated data for BI/Analytics in coordination with specialists
- Consult business units on data quality and data provision for applications
- Establish and nurture an international master data community
- Collaborate with BI & Analytics Applications team to deliver data for analyses and dashboards
- Support future platforms (Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA) in Master Data initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in business informatics, informatics, data science or similar
- Minimum 5 years of Data Management experience in governance (FMCG, GS1 standards)
- Experience in consulting and requirement analysis for international master data
- Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
- Strong communication skills, able to present to senior management
