Overview
In this role you will drive SAP BW/Reporting solutions within a cross-functional Data & Process Integration team in an international IT context. You will partner with BI & Analytics peers to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements, enabling data-driven reporting and integration. You will contribute to a future Data Lake transformation and serve as a primary liaison to stakeholders across teams. This position offers growth into broader Data & Process Integration initiatives and a dynamic, global environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Serve as primary contact to drive SAP BW/Reporting solutions and manage stakeholder expectations
- Lead demand management to translate business needs into IT requirements
- Organize requirement analysis, workshops and trainings with cross-functional teams
- Support transformation initiatives towards a Data Lake based on BW/4HANA or Datasphere/BDC
- Collaborate with BI & Analytics Applications Team across locations (e.g., Barcelona)
- Grow into managing other Data & Process Integration Services beyond SAP
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3–5 years of SAP BW experience (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA)
- Experience in consulting and requirement analysis in international BI/Reporting
- ETL experience, report implementation/design, ABAP programming (a plus)
- Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with senior management
- Professional proficiency in English and German
