Overview
In this role you drive Supply Chain applications within our global IT setup in Wiesbaden, focusing on SAP eWM/WM integration and optimization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into IT requirements, shaping solution design and driving improvements in warehouse processes. You’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure value delivery and adoption in an international context. This is an opportunity to deepen SAP EWM expertise and broaden exposure to related SCM applications while contributing to a global IT environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Consulting and stakeholder management as the primary contact for Supply Chain applications
- Demand management to understand business needs and derive IT requirements
- Organize requirement analysis, workshops, and surveys to collect and consolidate requests
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and contribute to solution design using User Stories and Use Cases
- Support best practices and enablement across SAP EWM; coordinate with related SAP ERP modules
- Possibility to grow to manage other Supply Chain Applications beyond SAP
- Communicate complex topics clearly to senior management
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3–5 years of SAP experience, especially SAP eWM/WM (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA)
- Experience in Consulting and Requirements Analysis for international Supply Chain processes
- In-depth understanding of SAP EWM core functionalities (warehouse structure, inbound/outbound, inventory, monitoring)
- Ability to integrate SAP EWM with MM, SD, and TM
- Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Professional proficiency in English and German
