You can expect the following
- Research on national and international tenders, competitions, and VgV procedures
- Acquisition, development, and maintenance of networks with potential clients, project developers, and building owners
- Content preparation, analysis, and evaluation of project requirements for internal decision-making processes
- Communication with building owners, awarding authorities, and public agencies
- Close collaboration with internal planning studios and expert teams
- Integration and coordination of specialist planners and their contributions for acquisition procedures
- Responsibility for the creation, textual and graphical implementation of application documents and company presentations
- Compilation of necessary documentation and presentation of specific competencies
- Preparation of participation applications and ensuring their completeness and timely submission (usually via digital platforms)
You bring along
- Studies in architecture, interior design, communication design, or a comparable field
- Passion for architecture and marketing
- Relevant professional experience in the architecture industry with a focus on acquisition and communication
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of HOAI and understanding of the architecture and construction industry
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Strong organizational talent and ability to work independently
