You can expect the following
- Simple maintenance work
- Carrying out shopping, errands and transportation trips
- Performing minor repair and mending work
- Setting up and connecting computers, screens and printers
- Support with internal relocation
- Coordinating and instructing tradesmen and maintenance companies
- Other janitor activities, e.g. winter maintenance
You bring along
- Completed vocational training in the field of electrical installation, carpentry, gas or water installation or in a comparable professional field preferable
- Knowledge of building services and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in a team and friendly demeanor in dealing with colleagues, service providers and suppliers
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Very good command in German
- Driving license class B with driving experience
