Job Responsibilities

Der Mitarbeiter wird als Remote Sales Agent eingestellt. Die Schwerpunkte des Aufgabenbereichs liegen u.a. in Betreuung und Bindung von Kunden, einschließlich Angebotserstellung, Recall und Verkaufsabschluss. Telefonische Beratung und Verkauf eines definierten Geräte-Portfolios. Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung eines herausragenden Kundenerlebnisses. Erwerb und Anwendung fundierter Kenntnisse über digitale Geräte und Software des Portfolios. Organisation und ggf. Durchführung virtueller Produktdemonstrationen Beobachtung von Markttrends, technologischen Entwicklungen und Wettbewerbsprodukten. Nutzung und Pflege der CRM-Systeme (z. B. C4C) zur Leadverfolgung und Berichterstattung. Einsatz digitaler Tools (z. B. Microsoft Bookings) zur Terminvereinbarung. Erstellung von Angeboten und fristgerechte Abwicklung von Aufträgen inkl. Dokumentation (SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil). Aktive Nachverfolgung von Leads und Angebote.

Work Arrangements

• Work From Home: Work is performed directly from the TSM's home office.
• Hybrid: Time is scheduled between working from a TSM home office and at a company facility, as required.
• Onsite: Work is performed exclusively at a company facility.
• Field: Position requires traveling to different locations within a specific geographic territory, as assigned.
