Der Mitarbeiter wird als Remote Sales Agent eingestellt. Die Schwerpunkte des Aufgabenbereichs liegen u.a. in

• Betreuung und Bindung von Kunden, einschließlich Angebotserstellung, Recall und Verkaufsabschluss.
• Telefonische Beratung und Verkauf eines definierten Geräte-Portfolios.
• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung eines herausragenden Kundenerlebnisses.
• Erwerb und Anwendung fundierter Kenntnisse über digitale Geräte und Software des Portfolios.
• Organisation und ggf. Durchführung virtueller Produktdemonstrationen
• Beobachtung von Markttrends, technologischen Entwicklungen und Wettbewerbsprodukten.
• Nutzung und Pflege der CRM-Systeme (z. B. C4C) zur Leadverfolgung und Berichterstattung.
• Einsatz digitaler Tools (z. B. Microsoft Bookings) zur Terminvereinbarung.
• Erstellung von Angeboten und fristgerechte Abwicklung von Aufträgen inkl. Dokumentation (SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil).
• Aktive Nachverfolgung von Leads und Angeboten.
