Job Description: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications Implementation and Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications Implementation and Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, with a specific focus on Benefits and Compensation modules. Additionally, knowledge of Core HR functionalities is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, specifically in the areas of Benefits and Compensation.
- - Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system issues, providing guidance, and delivering user training.
- - Perform system testing, including creating test scripts, executing tests, and documenting results.
- - Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- - Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address system gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices.
- - Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Requirements
- - At least 5-10 years of hands‑on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules.
- - Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, with a focus on Benefits and Compensation functionalities.
- - Familiarity with Core HR functionalities is considered a plus.
- - Proven experience in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications.
- - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications certifications are a plus.
