If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you, The Supply Chain Excellence team is responsible for company-wide initiatives to improve performance, resilience, and structure along the entire value chain – from network and footprint strategies to production and planning optimization, all the way to holistic performance programs.
The following challenges await you:
Within our Supply Chain Excellence Team, you will contribute to strategic transformation projects that deliver measurable business results across global operations.
- Independent leadership of project modules or workstreams in national and international transformation projects
- Development of robust business cases, target operating models, and implementation roadmaps
- Support and execution of improvement initiatives directly within operational areas — including the shopfloor — in close collaboration with on‑site managers and employees
- Ensuring the sustainable anchoring of measures through structured implementation, KPI tracking, and capability building within the organization
- Application and further development of Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies as part of holistic transformation programs
Your profile:
- University degree in a relevant field such as engineering, operations, supply chain or business – completed with strong results
- Established 3–5 years of relevant consulting experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Performance Improvement (e.g., strategy consulting, top‑management consulting, Big Four operations units, or specialized transformation consultancies)
- Proven experience in the structured analysis of complex problems as well as in developing actionable solutions
- Responsibility for projects or workstreams across multiple consulting engagements
- Business‑fluent German and English skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with confident communication at all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel (20–60%), depending on project demands
- Nice to have: Experience in production‑related or supply‑chain‑adjacent topics or practical Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma or comparable operational‑excellence methodologies
