SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration Architect to design and implement scalable, secure integrations within our HR technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions for SAP SuccessFactors using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Cloud Integration Suite.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored integration solutions.
• Lead the design and execution of integration architecture, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance with business objectives.
• Incorporate SAP Fiori applications into integration processes to improve user interfaces and workflows.
• Ensure all integration processes comply with data security, privacy regulations, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support during SAP SuccessFactors implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Document integration architectures, workflows, and technical specifications for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Integration Architect, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Cloud Integration Suite, and SAP SuccessFactors APIs.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles and its integration within SAP landscapes.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems, payroll, or time management solutions.
• Knowledge of security protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and SSL.
