The following challenges await you:
- As the Head (m/f/d) of IT Business Partnering, you will lead the team of IT Business Partners at Heraeus and report to the IT Head of Business & Regions.
- You will play a key role in delivering our IT Strategy 2030, with a strong focus on strategic and value-oriented business and IT alignment.
- You will generate a holistic view of IT business partner practices, emphasizing cross-business alignment and synergies, implementation of best practices, and adequate business partner staffing.
- You will lead by example by acting as the IT Business Partner of one of Heraeus’ Operating Companies (OpCo).
- As an IT Business Partner you will part of the OpCo’s extended management team, interact with senior business managers and developing, and executing integrated but OpCo-specific IT strategy, architecture and roadmaps.
- Effective business stakeholder management is key to success, you establish yourself as the OpCo’s trusted advisor for both digitalization and IT matters.
- You will aim for close alignment with your IT counterparts, ensuring a solid understanding of business goals and IT execution according to business priorities.
- You will track performance by managing the OpCo’s IT budget and ensuring consistent value generation from the OpCo’s key platforms and programs.
Your Profile:
- You bring in 10+ years of work experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You are a business-minded IT professional with a strong understanding of how IT can drive business value.
- Essential methods for the role such as enterprise architecture, project execution, communication, presentation skills and change management are part of your toolbox.
- You are excited to contribute your ideas and perspectives in an international and interdisciplinary context.
- You can align technology solutions with business objectives, promote projects, and lead teams.
- You are experienced in international projects or in an international working environment.
- You can balance long-term strategic view with short/mid-term operational necessities.
- Fluent in English and German in spoken and written.
