This key role aims to enhance our premium brand image and boost the generation of qualified leads within a defined target group of potential key accounts in the Polish market. Leveraging your expertise, you will support German colleagues in management, marketing, sales, and product development in developing and implementing a multichannel marketing strategy.
You will manage all Performance Marketing channels in Poland, oversee budgets, and optimize campaigns based on defined KPIs. Collaborating with Inside Sales and Field Sales teams, you will coordinate and refine the Performance Marketing strategy. Additionally, you will develop and adapt content for performance channels in partnership with the Content Manager.
Close collaboration with the Field Sales Unit in Poland and the German Marketing Team is essential. Initially reporting to the Director Presales, you will transition to reporting to the future Head of Marketing. The role is predominantly home office-based, with an initial onboarding period of 2–3 weeks in Germany, followed by quarterly visits and occasional business trips within Poland.
Your tasks
- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns for the Polish market, ensuring alignment with lead generation goals.
- Analyze market trends, niches, and audience behavior to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.
- Define campaign targets, optimize channel performance, and monitor KPIs and budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and service providers to create compelling, data-driven campaign materials tailored to the Polish market.
- Evaluate campaign results, derive insights, and implement improvements to enhance lead generation performance.
- Establish and manage relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders to drive campaign success.
Your profile
- 1–2 years of experience in multichannel performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook), with a focus on the Polish market and proficiency in tools like CMS, Google Analytics, PPC, SEA, and CRM systems.
- Proven success in conceptualizing and executing performance marketing campaigns, driving growth in new segments and markets, with a strong data-driven approach to KPIs.
- Native Polish speaker with fluent English for professional communication, both written and oral.
- Independent, self-motivated work style with time management skills; experience in remote work is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of the Polish market, B2B buying behavior, and local conditions to develop effective campaigns.
