Accounting Assistant
YOUR MISSION
In a context of major transformation linked to the integration of the occupational therapy sector, the commissioning of the Health Campus, and the development of the C4 (Coordinated Centre of Clinical Competences), you actively participate in the structuring and management of accounting and financial activities of new institutional scopes.
Within the Finance Department and the Accounting Department, you contribute to the implementation of accounting processes, the monitoring of financial flows, and the smooth operational functioning of an innovative inter-institutional environment bringing together several partners from health and education.
You will work in a stimulating context combining operational management, institutional coordination, and the development of new management tools.
Your main responsibilities:
- Participate in the management of routine accounting operations (creditors, debtors, general and analytical accounting). - Ensure the monitoring and control of financial flows related to the C4 and the new activities of the Health Campus.
- Participate in the implementation of accounting and financial processes related to the operating model of the C4.
- Contribute to closing work.
- Participate in the analytical monitoring of activities.
- Control and monitor accounting allocations as well as the quality of financial data.
- Collaborate with HR and operational teams for monitoring personnel costs and re-invoicing.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes, tools, and practices.
- Contribute to the documentation of procedures and the maintenance of the internal control system.
- Participate in HESAV’s transformation and efficiency projects (digitalisation, automation, business intelligence, process optimisation).
YOUR PROFILE
- Commercial employee CFC ideally complemented by accounting training (federal diploma, certificate, or equivalent training).
- Proven experience in an accounting role, ideally in a public, semi-public, or institutional environment.
- Good knowledge of general and analytical accounting.
- Knowledge of Oracle is an asset.
- Rigor, reliability, and organisational skills.
- Team spirit and ease in cross-functional collaboration.
- Interest in transforming environments and institutional projects.
- Strong commitment to public service values and HESAV’s training and research mission.
