Within this framework, we are looking for a Concierge MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES You ensure routine maintenance, cleaning and first-level upkeep of the buildings.
You carry out technical rounds, check installations and perform minor repair work.
Furthermore, you coordinate the interventions of contracted companies and monitor maintenance contracts.
You ensure the quality of services provided and adherence to agreed deadlines.
You regularly check the cleaning services of the external company, follow up on any non-conformities and participate in replenishing consumables necessary for the proper functioning of the premises.
In addition, you also provide logistical support during institutional events by preparing the premises and necessary equipment.
Finally, you contribute to the continuity of the "Stewardship" service in the absence of the head concierge.
DESIRED PROFILE You hold a Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent or an equivalent qualification in the building sector and have at least 3 years' experience in technical building maintenance.
Moreover, you possess good general technical knowledge, are proficient in French both spoken and written, and hold a category B driving licence.
Organised and attentive, you demonstrate an excellent sense of responsibility and enjoy working as part of a team.
Your interpersonal skills and service orientation are real assets for this role.
Finally, you are willing to participate in on-call duties outside of normal working hours.
