Open up opportunities with HPE.**Job Description:**The **Sales Strategy & Planning (SSP)** team for Germany works closely aligned with the Sales Management Team to implement the HPE GTM strategy for Germany across the various sales organizations and achieve superior performance. This also includes providing efficient sales processes and tools.This specific role focuses on the Storage Sales & BU for Germany.In a typical day as an **SSP Business Partner** you:* Lead complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, and identify recommendations and insights.* Work independently to construct highly complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance; coach others on model development.* Establish the metrics required to measure business performance, and develop the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.* Manage complex, time- sensitive market research projects and prepare synthesized intelligence reports with clear implications.* Lead cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.* Contribute to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.* Partner with business leaders to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.* Develop go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.* Identify cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.**If you are...*** Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen?
