The HPE Networking Presales Channel Consultant DACH will drive technical enablement, solution positioning, and partner-led growth across the DACH region. The role is responsible for strengthening partner technical capabilities and accelerating pipeline conversion through strong partner presales enablement. HPE Networking is bringing together unparalleled products and talent, bolstered by a long heritage in both networking and AI.
Presales Channel Consultant – your role:
- Provide presales technical support to channel partners (VARs, SIs, distributors).
- Establish, deliver and maintain general Partner enablement plan.
- Lead solution design workshops, BoM validation, and architecture reviews.
- Deliver partner enablement sessions, webinars and technical trainings.
- Align closely with Channel Account Managers on joint account planning for Managed Partners.
- Act as trusted technical advisor to strategic partners.

Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…
- Technical Expertise
- Academic degree in an technical field of study or similar experience
- Strong networking background (campus, DC, security, WLAN, WAN, cloud-managed solutions).
- Experience with enterprise-grade vendors (e.g. HPE Juniper Networking, HPE Aruba Networking, Cisco, Fortinet).
- Ability to design end-to-end solutions and articulate business value.
- Relevant certifications - ACDX Aruba Certified Design Expert
- Channel Experience
- Proven experience working within the DACH channel ecosystem.
- Understanding of regional enterprise and government procurement processes.
- Ability to build strong technical relationships with partner engineers and architects.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, relationship-driven business environment.
- Commercial Mindset
- Strong opportunity qualification and competitive positioning skills.
- Comfortable supporting large enterprise bids and executive presentations.
- Pipeline impact focus — prioritizes revenue-generating activities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
