Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Sales – Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) focused on Cloud & Infrastructure sales for existing customers in Turkey. The DCSM team based in Berlin will support as‑a‑service existing customers in Central Europe and drive upsell and cross‑sell activities.
In this role you will work to maximize the value of our solutions for customers and ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of HPE GreenLake existing customers in Turkey and be the first contact point to understand business goals, project priorities and desired outcomes.
- Drive customer growth by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Help customers get the most out of HPE solutions and ensure desired outcomes are understood and achieved.
- Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to expansion into new business areas.
- Develop and maintain a success plan outlining goals and timelines, ensuring a consistently positive experience throughout the journey.
Ideal Profile
- University degree or vocational training with 1–2 years relevant experience, preferably in Cloud & Infrastructure.
- Sales experience in an IT‑close technical environment is an advantage.
- Strong interest in IT sales, communicative and open.
- High sense of ownership, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
- Strong networking skills with internal teams and external stakeholders to serve customer success and business strategy.
- Willingness to look beyond the obvious and prioritize customer needs.
- Good German and good English, excellent Turkish (local language of region).
