Job Description
- Build and manage a customer portfolio in a specific region, targeting new and existing accounts (e.g., top accounts, enterprise accounts, public/healthcare segment).
- Proactively sell the full HPE product portfolio, considering corporate strategy and industry trends, and process transactional deals.
- Analyse customer industries and competitive situations to adapt the HPE portfolio to their needs and goals.
- Manage and optimise projects, create forecasts, and generate new projects through product campaigns.
- Develop and maintain your own network and drive up‑ and cross‑selling of IT solutions in line with the customer retention strategy.

What We Are Looking For
- University degree or equivalent, including non‑technical pathways and IT sales experience.
- Strong interest and passion for IT sales with an open, communicative demeanor.
- High self‑responsibility, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a technical environment.
- Excellent German and good English communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
