Job Description
HPE Hybrid Solutions focusing on customer business outcome by delivering Hybrid IT, Privat Cloud on premise and AI Solutions. To strengthen the team in this fast-growing area, we are looking for an expert with profound experience in Hybrid Cloud environment, Platform & Infrastructure as-a-Service models or Managed Services.
In a typical day in this role as Lead Solution Architect you will:
- Act as the primary solution architect for the customer up to CxO level.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders from customer and HPE internal.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and business processes to provide tailored IT managed services solutions.
- Guide the customer in the transformation journey focusing on the planning and solution design phase of the project.
- Align closely with the sales account and delivery team.
- Participate in the account\’s business planning processes.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, commercial aspects and technical feasibility.
- Deliver optimal results, balancing costs, scope, scale, and benefits to deliver superior value.

- Proven experience (15+ years) in IT solution design, account management, or a related role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and managed services.
- Excellent knowledge of IT outsourcing technologies, software platforms, and relevant processes to ensure sustained successful project delivery.
- Holistic view on services and what it means for the customer.
- Experience in presales solution design for aaS transformation projects in a large organization.
- Strong leadership qualities to help to customer understand how critical applications would be supported by HPE in an end-to end manner.
- Profound understanding of financial parameters (business case or ROI driven project definition).
- Dynamic personality, keen to interact with customers.
- Business proficiency in English and German language is a must.

The role is in an OTE salary scheme (80:20, all-in; > 100.000 EUR p.a.)
