- First-level university degree or equivalent experience; an advanced university degree is preferred.
- Typically, 10+ years of related experience
- Exceptional financial and business acumen
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to execute projects within strategic scope
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and engagement teams
- Business fluency in German and English
