As B2B Marketing Manager (all genders), you’ll play a key role in our dedicated marketing team. Your focus will be on email marketing, newsletter campaigns, content and funnel optimization, as well as project management—all aimed at elevating customer satisfaction. You’ll leverage your expertise in digital marketing and your keen eye for trends to achieve visible success across multiple channels.

Your mission

  • Unifying and overseeing all communication with leads, opportunities, and existing customers to ensure a satisfying user experience across the customer lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement a tailored approach and communication strategy for various products and frameworks as well as specific roles and target groups.
  • Manage, grow, and optimize email subscriber lists for newsletters and nurturing sequences.
  • Support targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the customer experience.
  • Optimize blog articles and landing pages to grow our audience, collaborate with content creators to ensure relevant insights for email subscribers.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Business Intelligence, Account Management, and Product in order to understand their needs and provide the support they need.

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in online marketing and customer relationship strategies for at least 2 years, preferably in a B2B and SaaS environment.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, marketing automation, and CRM software, ideally HubSpot, are essential.
  • A good understanding of email marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, team-player capabilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages on a professional level.
  • Ability to tailor communication strategies for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in measuring and improving marketing outcomes and customer satisfaction metrics.
